Returns and Exchange

We trust that you are pleased with your purchase from AYSU concept. However, should you wish to return an item bought from our online store, please find the outlined procedures below. Additionally, feel free to reach out to us by shopaysu@gmail.com for any further inquiries you may have.

Rest assured, we guarantee that all products leave our boutique in impeccable condition.
 


We accept returns for full-price items within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and require a receipt, along with the merchandise in its original condition. Items must not be worn, altered, or washed, and all tags and accessories must remain attached. Returns not meeting these criteria may not be accepted. The return fee will be charged.

Please keep in mind we do not exchange swimwear items.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all products must be:

  • Packed in the original, including any accessories, as free gifts and bags eventually sent to you;

  • All original tags must be attached to the product;

  • The products must be unwashed and unworn, so we encourage you to try the product over your underwear. We also advise you not use any make up when trying on the product. We reserve the right not accept returned items which were not in the conditions mentioned above.

  • Made-to-order and custom-made products are subject to final sale and cannot be returned, as well as swimwear products.

 

HOW TO RETURN

  • Enter your customer account and go to orders. Log in with the same email you used to complete your order.
  • Complete the Return Form from your account and specify: 1) which item(s) is (are) being returned; 2) the quantity of each item being returned; 3) the reason for the return.

  • Pay for the 3,50 flat rate return fee and apply for a return.

  •  Receive your shipping label to return the order.


DAMAGED ITENS
In the event that any items received are deemed faulty by the customer, or if they are incorrect, it is necessary to notify Aysu within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Subsequently, photographic evidence will be requested from the customer via email before the item can be returned for inspection. This evidence must be provided within 48 hours of the request. Should the item be accepted for inspection, the customer should allow 5-7 working days for our team to provide feedback and internally verify dispatch evidence. If the damage was not caused by a manufacturer's fault or occurred during transit, the goods will be returned to the customer and considered final sale. Conversely, if the damage is attributable to the manufacturer or transit, the customer will be given the option of an exchange or refund.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style,
email shopaysu@gmail.com with your exchange request. Upon proof of confirmation of your 
return shipping, we will process your request and organise for delivery of the replacement item(s). Please note you might incur additional shipping costs related to your exchange.

REFUNDS


Refunds are available for all orders shipped within the UE. To qualify for a return, items must be received within a strict 14-day window from the client's chosen delivery date, accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

Sale items are considered final sale, with no refund possible.

Sale items are considered final sale, but if returned within 30 days from the shipment date, a credit note will be offered.Items returned outside of the specified timeframes are considered final sale.

However, at the discretion of the business, a credit note or exchange may be offered if the item is returned within 28 days from the order receipt date. Otherwise, the item(s) will be returned to the customer. Credit notes are valid strictly for 6 months from the date of issue and cannot be extended. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
