SHIPPING POLICY

We are delighted to announce that Aysú now ships to the UAE, Australia, and Saudi Arabia in addition to our existing destinations in Europe. Our shipping policy has been updated to enhance your shopping experience with us.

Shipping Origin

  • Ancient Collections: Shipped from France.
  • Newer Collections: Shipping origins vary depending on the brand and product location.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and items.
  • Enjoy free shipping on all orders above 250 EUR.

Duties & Taxes

  • For Ancient Collections shipped from France to Europe, duties and taxes are not applicable.
  • For New Collections shipped from Latin America to Europe or other locations, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout. For other destinations outside Europe, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will vary based on the destination and items.

Distribution Policy
Aysú operates under a selective distribution model, ensuring quality in every order. In addition to our online store, Aysú occasionally operates pop-up stores based on product demand and seasonal availability. Our network is continually updated to serve our global customers effectively.

Product Policy
Every piece undergoes a strict quality inspection before being listed for sale. While Aysú respects the creative vision of our designers, we are committed to transparency with our clients. Aysú is not responsible for damages caused by third-party agents or improper handling once the product is in the customer’s possession.

Made-to-Order Items
Certain items are crafted with a slow fashion approach and are made to order. Production times may vary; please refer to each product page for specific delivery timelines before completing your purchase.
