Shipping Policy

We are delighted to announce that Aysú now ships to the United States, Canada, Mexico, UAE, Australia, and Saudi Arabia, in addition to our existing destinations in Europe. Our shipping policy has been updated to enhance your shopping experience with us.


Shipping Origin

  • Ancient Collections: Shipped from France.

  • Newer Collections: Shipping origins vary depending on the brand and product location.


Shipping Charges

  • Ancient Collections:

    • Europe: €5 flat rate

    • Worldwide: €24 flat rate

  • New Collections:

    • Standard Rate: €24 worldwide for orders below €350

    • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders above €350


Delivery Timelines

  • Ancient Collections:

    • Europe: 5–12 business days

    • Outside Europe (including USA, Canada, Mexico, etc.): 10–20 business days

  • New Collections:

    • Worldwide: 12–25 business days

    • Note: Delivery times may vary depending on the brand’s production location and possible carrier delays.

Aysú is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.


Duties & Taxes

Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included unless otherwise stated at checkout.

  • For older collections shipped from our French warehouse:

    • Within Europe: no import duties apply.

    • Outside Europe: import duties may apply, depending on the destination country’s regulations.

  • For new collections shipped directly from Latin America:

    • Customs duties and taxes may apply to all international destinations, including Europe.

These charges are set by local customs authorities and may vary based on the destination and value of the order. Aysú Concept is not responsible for delays or additional charges related to customs clearance.


Distribution Policy

Aysú operates under a selective distribution model, ensuring quality in every order.
In addition to our online store, Aysú occasionally operates pop-up stores based on product demand and seasonal availability.


Product Policy

All items undergo strict quality inspection prior to listing.
While we respect each designer’s creative vision, Aysú is not responsible for:

  • Damages caused by third-party agents

  • Improper handling once the product is in the customer’s possession


Made-to-Order Items

Some items are produced under a slow fashion approach and are made to order.
Please refer to each product page for production timelines prior to purchase.


Order Tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive:

  1. An order confirmation email

  2. A dispatch email with tracking details once your order ships


Receiving Your Order

Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the package if necessary at the time of delivery.
